Kai “FlyKai” Brown is a practicing artist, entertainer, and host who performs at various events in and around the Chicagoland area. Most recognized for her appearance as a finalist in the Windy City Live "Mazda6 Dare to Dream Search for a Star" singing competition, Kai regularly shares her singing talents at some of Chicago’s most popular restaurants and bars, frequently hosts open mics, and performs at annual events throughout Chicago like Bronzeville Summer Nights.

As a highly sought after artist, Kai has been selected to participate in multiple programs and appearances across the nation. She was chosen to audition for a program at the Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events (DCASE) which provides local artists and bands an opportunity to perform for a panel of Artists & Repertoire (A&R) executives from major and independent record labels. Kai was personally scouted to audition for the 4x Emmy award winning NBC show, THE VOICE, and was referred by a talent producer from the hit FOX singing competition series, THE FOUR.

Kai is credited as a former member of the Victory Cathedral Worship Center Choir led by Grammy® award winning gospel artist and Senior Pastor, Mr. Smokie Norful. Building on her experience in choir, Kai lends her sultry voice and energetic personality to a variety of events including weddings, birthday parties, churches, and corporate engagements. Her creative spirit comes alive when she curates her own shows and creates personalized singing telegrams for any occasion.

Currently, Kai also offers “THE FLYKAI EXPERIENCE,” an ultimate at-home 5 star dining experience complete with a personal in-home chef, customized menu, and a live musical performance. The goal is to create unforgettable moments with unforgettable people.
